Research results of pathogenesis of cattle infected with Fasciola hepatica are presented. Liver fluke infection often proceeds as the associative disease that requires the application of pathogenetic therapy with stimulating, penitentiary drugs (adjuvants, mineral and vitamin additives). The imbalance of nitrogen, albumin fractions, lowering of amino acids level, macro- and microelements content in blood serum, milk and meat take place in the result of liver affection. It is advisable to apply the stimulating substitutive pathogenetic therapy in the form of complex preparations (vitamins, mineral drugs, amino acids)
