[Metabolic processes in calves under the catosal influence]

Research results of biochemical and hematologic indices of calves with growth and development retardation and results of metabolic processes stimulation under the influence of catosal medication were presented. Under catosal influence the content of erythrocytes in calves blood increased on 27,3-35,7% (P0,05), platelets – on 3,8-14,1% (P0,05), haemoglobin – on 81,6-44,8% (P0,01), average content of haemoglobin in erythrocyte – on 11,8-19,2% (P0,05). The following considerable changes were stated in the content of macro- and microelements: increasing of calcium content on 63,3%, phosphorous – on 79,9%, iron – on 68,2%. Research data proved the positive influence of catosal on hematologic, immunological and metabolic processes
