Some effects of ultrasonic waves on cotton fabric scouring

The results show that the significant changes in the cotton fiber structure depend of the ultrasound wave high frequency, only, in the scouring process. It is beyound doubt that ultrasonic scouting treatment causes an increase in absorption of moisture and dyeability, partly decrease mechanical properties of most samples of the fabric.
