A model of optimizing slaughterhouses productive structure

A general-theoretical and mathematical model whose aim is defining of productive structure that will provide the greatest economic effects with fulfilling all conditions is formulated in study. Such a defined model is realized by using a linear programming. Basic elements of the model are constructed according to a large number of technical, organizational and market factors. According to species and categories of cattle for slaughtering, many variants of the models have been developed, because of complete realizing the problem. By comparative analysis of the model variants we concluded what combination of the species and categories of cattle is favourable for slaughtering in certain conditions. It is confirmed that the species and the category of the cattle for slaughtering has an influence on productive direction, assortment and the development of business results. A dynamic character of the model is achieved by postoptimal analysis. Timely making business decisions and changing of productive structure is enabled by analysis results, with the aim of realizing of maximal net income.
