The authors consider issues on crises of agrarian enterprises. According to the authors, factor of agrarian enterprises crises are the following: external business conditions and internal conditions of enterprises. Pathways out of crises, according to authors are the following: new agricultural and economic policies, reggabilitation, bancruptcy and restructuring, acceleration of privatization process, increase of competition, development of enterpreneurship in agrobusiness, investments in research, science and education.
