Energy saving by application of microprocessor system for temperature control in the farrowing houses

Domestic hog raising characterizes low development level of the control and infrastructure of panel heating systems for piglets heating. Manual control provokes unhomogenous temperature field in the referential zones of different panels distances from the place of heating source. Application of the microprocessor controller on a new formed laboratory panel system, in relation to manual controlling, resulted by energy saving up to 25%. Improvements of software control segments and new panel variants, this value would be much higher.
