Crude protein content, Zeleny sedimentation test, wet gluten content, gluten index, albumins + globulins content, gliadin content, sum of glutenins, proportion of albumins + globulins in crude protein and relative viscosity were tested in 17 doubled haploid wheat lines differing in the presence or absence of 1B/1R translocation. The presence of 1B/1R translocation (allele Gli 1B3) led to significantly higher concentrations of albumins and globulins and significantly lower value of gluten index. Nevertheless, a certain influence on Zeleny sedimentation test, relative viscosity, and proportion of albumins + globulins in crude protein was also registered. A high number of significant differences between lines was found in Zeleny sedimentation test, concentration of glutenin, albumins + globulins and their proportion in crude protein. The relative viscosity was highly dependent on the genotype.
