Farm land preservation policy in Korea

At present,the discussion on revision of the farm land act is being carried out. To regulate the farm land act and to attempt to preserve excellent farm land are an important problems. There is an opinion that the eternal farm land should be regulated in Japan. In this paper I study this issue through the case of Korean farm land preservation policy. The conclusion is that the division restruction by the specification of eternal farm land is not effective.
