A Study on the Improvement of Agricultural Structure Adjustment Project

After UR in 1994, Korea government made special loan programs, that is, 'Agricultural Structure Adjustment Project'. And government made fund through 'Agricultural Special Tax Project' and spent \\82 trillion on agricultural sector for agricultural reforms from 1992 to 2003. But it is difficult to find conspicuous effect about that. There were many mistakes in 'Agricultural Structure Adjustment Project'.
