In Korea, considerable amount of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers for processing is produced in highland area by summer cropping from April to September. Many fields of highland area are very weak in soil erosion because almost of them are located at slope land. In this area, therefore, special fertilization program should be applied for production of potato tubers having high quality. This study was carried out to recommend the model of nitrogen fertilization level for higher processing quality of potato tubers based on the soil test in highland area.
