Method of guarded hot plate is used for determination of materials heat conductivity and thermal resistance. In this case are used measurements of dimensions, temperature and power measurements. In this paper is described developed experimental setup and self-made software for it. Experimental setup can be used to study materials with thermal resistance not less than 0.02 K square m/W. Experimental setup collect data for long period of time and made corresponding statistical analysis and calculations. Experimental setup controls the power of heated plate as well in order to reach stationary regime. Using samples of materials with known parameters it has realized verification of experimental setup. Factors that affect the thermal parameters of materials are started to investigate.
