The aim of this study was to estimation of the influence of the long-term fertilization with farmyard manure and mineral fertilizers on content of macronutrients in soil surface layer. The soil samples were takien from field experiment laid out in 1922 at the layer 0-30 cm from following objects: control, farmyard manure applicated in doses 20, 40, 60 t/ha and mineral fertilization in kg/ha: M1 - 160, M2 - 380, M3 - 480. The application of FYM caused significant increase in comparison with mineral fertilization concentration of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium
