The present article is devoted to the areas where take place intense processes of buildings' exchange and development as a result of stopping of economic activity and replacing it with a new one. The above-mentioned phenomena mainly concern the areas of large declining industrial enterprises. The considerations focus on spatial redevelopment of brownfields. Stargard Industrial Park (SIP) has been chosen as the object of the analysis. The research has undertaken the problem of (in relation to SIP): conformity of ongoing processes with the town's spatial politics, harmony of connections of new structures and activities with the town's structure, introduction and maintenance of spatial order, improvement of architectural and town planning virtues, protection of the most precious cultural values
