This experiment was conducted to study the effects of liquid semen with various storage time and frozen semen on fertility of does. Eighty-five does were allocated into 5 groups, each of 17 does in completely randomized design. Groups of does were artificially inseminated with 0.5 ml. of liquid semen stored 8 hours, 1, 2, 3 days and frozen semen. Liquid and frozen semen contained 20*10**(6) and 40*10**(6) motile spermatozoa per doe respectively. At five hours before insemination, all does were injected with HCG (20 IU per kg of body weight). Litter size, birth weight, gestation period and conception rate were recorded and analysed according to CRD. Treatment differences were determined by chi square test. The results showed that there was no significant effect on fertility of does (p GT 0.05). Conception rate were 82.35, 64.71, 52.94 52.94 and 82.35 percent, means of litter size were 5.00, 4.00, 4.22, 4.00 and 5.07, means of birth weight were 52.21, 54.86, 51.96, 53.48 and 50.68 grams, means of gestation period were 30.93, 31.00, 30.6, 31.11 and 30.93 days, in does inseminated with liquid semen stored 8 hours, 1, 2, 3 days and frozen semen respectively.
