[Methodical approach to analysis of competitive ability of final produce of flax sub-complex of the Republic of Belarus on foreign markets]

The article analyzes methodical approaches to the evalua-tion of competitive ability of flax-processing sub-complex pro-duce on foreign markets. Traditional methods of analysis show that the produce of Orsha flax complex is more competitive than that of Estonian flax complex 'Pyarnu'. As a result of the conducted analysis it is possible to draw a conclusion that production of Orsha flax complex is less competitive on consumer parameters. Only insignificant advantage in the price allows to draw a conclusion on relative competitiveness of Belarus production. There is other technique of definition of competitiveness which is based on the decision многокритериальной problems of ranging. The estimation of competitiveness by the second technique has shown similar result, but the superiority of a domestic production is rather insignificant, and льнокомбинату it will be necessary to put enormous efforts for preservation of the competitive advantages. It is necessary to note also, that competitiveness of production is not a permanent parameter
