Coastal communities of fry fishes of a channel of Pripyat river are presented by 21 kind concerning 7 families. The common number and a biomass of fry fishes on coastal shoalinesses of the Pripyat river increases downstream the river. Number and a biomass of the fishes concerning kinds, described wide ecological plasticity and indiscriminateness to a spawning substratum (small fry, the perch) in the same way change. Anthropogenous transformation of landscapes (damming up, a deepening of a channel of the river) leads to reduction of number of kinds in coastal communities of fry fishes. Number of dominant species increases downwards but to a watercourse. Such species of fishes as small fry, bleak and bream, are the dominant on all surveyed site of the river. Number of fry fishes in inundated reservoirs is above, than in a vein of the river that defines their great value in reproduction of fish stocks. Pollution of water leads to reduction of a specific variety of coastal communities and an aggregate number of fishes. The number of prepotent kinds in polluted биотопах also decreases.
