[Inheritance of RAPD and ISSR markers in intraspecific F1 hybrid of Amur grape]

Inheritance of RAPD and ISSR markers in an intraspecific hybrid population derived from Zuoshan2 x Shuangfeng cross was studied. A preliminary screening of the parents was conducted with 200 RAPD and 30 ISSR primers; among them, 103 RAPD and 7 ISSR primers were amplified clearly. Genomic DNA from 54 offsprings of the F1 population was then amplified with these primers. According to the segregation patterns, RAPD and ISSR markers were grouped into four types: (1)non-segregation; (2) normal Mendelian inheritance with segregation ratio of 1:1 or 3:1; (3)deviation from Mendelian segregation ratios; (4) abnormal segregation in low frequency, including non-parental markers which were absent in both parents but present in F1 progenies. RAPD markers present in both parents were the major source of non-segregation markers; markers present in only one parent mainly showed Mendelian segregation
