[Theoretical preconditions to development of the constructive-technological machine scheme for preliminary grain cleaning]

Preliminary clearing of grain lots from rough, superficial fine vegetative and pulverous impurity is the major part in postharvest grain crops treatment. Necessity of its carrying out is caused by condition of grain lots received from combines, which differs the increased content of weed impurity (up to 20%) and high humidity (up to 30%). Removal from lots of a dust, damp particles and culms reduces probability of occurrence of blockages in dryers, on 40-60% increases uniformity of grain heating at drying, by 3-5% reduces expenses of the heat-carrier. Perspective development direction of mechanization means for preliminary grain lots clearing is creation of the machines working by a principle of combination of actions of pneumatic effect and oscillatory movement of processable material on internal surface of rotating cylindrical sieves. Application of grain-cleaning machines of such type will provide economy of power resources and decrease of specific consumption of materials of postharvest grain crops treatment mechanization means
