[Improvement of the organization of a labour payment and material stimulation]

Application of progressive and effective systems of a payment of labour on progressive-increasing specification, i.e. a payment from gross output, the gross income, and also a system of a payment of labour on finish results. At use of a mark estimation close coordination of a payment of workers with finish results is supposed. Thus on each kind of the executed works and all kinds of made production are charged points, and at definition of the last for each worker the quantity of norm-shifts and volume of let out production is considered. With a view of stimulation of escalating of volumes of agricultural production, rational use material and a labour resources, increase in incomes of the enterprise and coordination of wages of workers with finish results of work it is recommended to pay work from the gross income. The system of a payment from the gross income stimulates increase of labour productivity, increase in volumes of gross output, but also considerably reduces material costs. Thus the size of fund of a payment directly depends on size of the gross income. Recommendations on perfection of material stimulation of heads and experts of agricultural organizations of republic are offered
