The effect of a heterosis on a survival rate and growth rate for herbivorous fishes interlinear hybrids reveals only in first generations (F1) descendants. Therefore the solution of making generically pure two-linear herbivorous fishes reproduction – parent herds problem requires application of such a methods of lines purity verification, which allow to identify particular alive individuals by its genotype. The biochemically-genetic examination of genealogical qualitative difference was applied as genetic method in this case. As biochemically-genetic markers were used mono- and polymorphic species specific protein and isoenzymes (myogens, prealbumines, serum superoxiddismutase, an alkaline phosphatase and esterase, hepatic and erythrocitic a glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenases, transferrins), which have allowed to identify the parentage of an explored material. The operations on biochemically-genetic examination were conducted on the basis of Experimental fish farm Selets from 2001 to 2004. As a result the reproduction-parent herd breeding core of the Amur and Chinese lines in quantity of 1,7 thousand fishes was formed to 2005
