[Optimal method of preparation of bedding manure for anaerobic processing]

Research have showed that anaerobic processing of bedding manure makes it difficult to separate feed leftovers and bedding from manure. We suggest methods of mechanizing this process with the help of a very simple device, which is installed right in the channel of manure conveyer. We have drawn formulae and graphs for determining geometric parameters of the device and the necessary coefficient of pressing shield elasticity, and given a concrete example. Owing to the simple constructive device manual work is excluded, the temperature of manure is kept, quality of the prepared liquid manure to anaerobic fermentation raises, productivity and operational reliability of biogas plant, and also power consumption, metal consumption, capital charges and operational expenses decrease. For calculation of geometrical parameters of the device and necessary factor of elasticity of a compressing board the settlement scheme is presented. As a result of research functional communication between geometrical parameters and mechanical properties of an elastic board and traction force of a scraper is approved. At any width and depth of the manure channel it is possible to choose the optimum sizes and hardness of a board and as much as possible to provide separation of the rests of forages and laying from manure
