Research results of bryophytes species composition in different types of fir forests in Belarus, their distribution, ecological and geographical spectrum in different types of fir-greens were presented. In the conditions of Belarus in indigenous fir forest there were found 122 species of bryophytes including 30 species of liverworts and 92 species of mosses. According to bryophytes species number there were noted the following fir-greens: brook-grassy (81), filical (67) and oxalis (63), that was concerned with presence of high diversity of ecological niches favourable for bryophytes vegetation. Ecomorphs spectrum of bryophytes as regards to moisture content and trophic community substratum in brook-grassy, filical, oxalis, bilberry, glague, sedge- sphagnous, moss-grown, nettle, sedge and red whortleberry forest types was analysed. Unfavourable moisture conditions for bryophytes were noted in red whortleberry fir-greens (insufficient moisture) and in sedge fir-greens (superfluous moisture) that caused poorness of bryophytes flora. Distribution of bryophytes species according to ecomorphs in various types of fir forests corresponded to the ecological conditions in the studied types of forests. Species analysis according to the geographical types showed the typical for the moderate climate boreal and nemoral chacter of flora of all types of fir forests; the part of nemoral types grew pro rata the increasing of trophic community habitat
