[Using east astragal (Astragalus sp.) in forages manufacture]

The east astragal importance for an agricultural production is proved. Data about economic efficiency of use of the basic forage crops in 2005 are cited. One of determinatives in increase of cattle-breeding branch economic efficiency is reduction in the cost price of fodder unit. For increase of fodder production efficiency the long-term bean grasses from which receive highly nourishing, ecologically clean and cheapest forages have the special importance in conditions of Belarus. The east astragal importance for an agricultural production is described. The reasons of failures are specified at introduction of this bean fodder culture in Belarus. The estimation of economic efficiency of the east astragal cultivation is given. Data about economic efficiency of use of the basic forage crops in Belarus in 2005 are cited. Features of cultivation technology and biological features of culture are described
