Evaluation of green cuttage quality of transgenic Hybrid poplar 741 carrying two insect-resistant genes

chinois. 试验对转双抗虫基因741杨在不同月份嫩枝扦插的假植苗的生长指标、水分状况、营养状况、原生质膜透性等方面进行了比较分析。结果表明,5月份扦插的苗木生长最快,但苗木分化较大,苗高变异系数达到33 17%,基茎变异系数达到40 04%。随着时间推移,苗木生长量降低,但变异系数减小,苗木生长也变得较为整齐。在自然状态下,不同月份扦插的苗木保水能力存在差异,扦插越早的苗木保水能力越强,越冬受低温伤害越轻。不同月份扦插的苗木失水后恢复生长能力也存在差异,5月份苗木质量较好,在失水5d后仍具活力。
