Efficacy evaluation of combinations among selected anticoccidials against Eimeria tenella in chicken

chinois. 以20日龄罗曼雏鸡随机分为37组,分别于感染前2d饲喂不同配伍的抗球虫药的饲料.每鸡一次经口感染5×10. 孢子化柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊。根据试验鸡的增重、盲肠病变评分及抗球虫指数(ACI)等指标,评定9种抗球虫药经不同配伍后的抗球虫效果;将5种抗球虫药按不同作用机制、不同试验目的及不同浓度配伍后,在海赛克斯鸡群中使用30余d。根据试验鸡的增重和盲肠病变评分指标,评定配合用药的疗效.结果表明 聚醚类抗生素与作用于球虫生活史后期的化学合成药配伍后,达到了抗球虫的增效作用和促进增重的目的,同时大大降低了单一药物的用药剂量,配合用药的增效作用同药物的作用机理、活性峰期及用药浓度有关。

Twenty-day-old chickens of white Lohmann were randomly divided into 37groups,and given different medicated feeds according experimenta1 plan.Two days 1ater, each bird was challenged orally with 5×10. sporulated oocysts of E.tend and.Weight gains,lesion scores and anticoccidial indexes (ACI) were used as the criteria of evaluating anticoccidial efficacy.Results exhibited that the some combinations between polyether ionophrors antibiotics and synthetic anticoccidials showed the synergistic anticoccidia1 efficacv and minimized individual level of above-mentioned drugs.In addition,the synergism of combinations for anticoccidials was related to their action mechanisms,the time of peak activity and used 1evels.In the second experiment,chickens of Hesexfive were medicated with combinations of five different drugs for more than 30 days, and the efficacy of combinations were valuated on the basis of criteria of weight gain and 1esion scores.Resu1ts showed that the combination between polyether ionopgorous antibiotics and synthetic chemica1 coccidials which acted later in the 1ife cycle of E.tenella had the synergistic efficacy against coccidiosis and the good promotion of weight gain in chickens and greatly reduced single 1eve1 of former drugs
