Analysis of combining ability and genetic parameter of yield characters of Balsam pear

chinois. 选用6个苦瓜母本材料和4个父本材料采用不完全双列杂交设计配制24个组合,分析产量及其相关性状的配合力和遗传力.结果表明:肉厚性状的特殊配合力达极显著水平,其余8个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到显著或极显著水平;雌花开花期、雌花率、瓜长、单瓜重、单株结瓜数、前期产量和总产量主要由加性基因控制;雌花开花期、雌花率、单株结瓜数、前期产量和总产量的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力都较高,在亲本选育时这些性状宜早代选择.6号、12-C、24-B、8号和99号多数一般配合力较高,是理想的亲本材料。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. Twenty-four hybrid combinations were got through incomplete diallel cross between 6 female parents and 4 male parents of balsam pear. The combining ability and the genetic ability of yield characters were analyzed. The result showed that there was a very significant difference in the specific combining ability (SCA) of flesh thickness character, and the general combining ability (GCA) and SCA of the other 8 characters reached very significant level. The anthesis of female flowers, rate of female flowers, fruit length, fruit weight, fruit number per plant, early yield and total yield were controlled by additive genes. The narrow heritability and the broad heritability of female flowering time, rate of female flowers, fruit number per plant, early yield and total yield were all rather high, and these characters should be selected in the early generations. The parents, Number 6, 12-C, 24-B, Number 8 and Number 99, proved to be perfect parents because of their high general combining ability.
