chinois. 为核桃矮化性的鉴定及矮化砧的预选提供科学依据。采用石蜡切片和田间调查的方法，分别对核桃嫁接树和实生树的生长特性及枝条解剖结构进行研究。不同核桃品种嫁接树枝条结构与树体生长势没有明显的相关性。核桃实生树枝条结构与生长势有一定的相关性，木质部面积所占比例与株高增长量、株高及干周均显著正相关；材皮比与株高增长量及株高显著正相关；髓部面积与株高和干周显著负相关；韧皮部面积与株高增长量显著负相关；导管密度与生长势无显著相关性。枝部材皮比及木质部面积所占比例可作为核桃实生树预测生长势强弱的指标。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The study provided a scientific basis for the primary election of dwarf stock and the identification of walnut dwarfism. The experiment mainly studied the characteristics of growth and the correlation of the anatomical structure of walnut grafting shoots and seedling (though paraffin-wax cut-section and measuring). The results indicated that the anatomical structure of different cultivar shoots of walnut grafting had insignificant correlations with the growth vigor. But the anatomical structure of shoots of different walnut seedlings had significant correlations with the growth vigor. The rate of wood/transverse area had positive significant correlation with the increment of tree height, and trunk girth. The rate of wood/ bark had positive correlation significantly with the increment of tree height. The pith area had strikingly negative relationships with tree height and trunk girth. The vessel density had insignificant correlation with the growth vigor. Wood/bark and the rate of wood/transverse area of walnut seedlings were used to as index and predict tree vigor.
