espagnol; castillan. Se comprobó la patogenicidad del hongo Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. en raíces carnosas de boniato. Se determinó la presencia de dos formas distintas del hongo en cuanto a tamaño y color de los esclerocios. Se recopilan datos de diferentes estudios realizados en el mundo sobre la lucha contra este patógeno.

Two different forms of the fungus were determined in regard to size and color of sclerotia. Informations were gathered from different studies in the world about the control of this pathogen.
