The characteristic isoenzyme pattern of acid phosphatase of the pontican grape varieties.

48 grape varieties were examined in the FVM Research Institute for Viticulture and Enology in Badacsony by isoenzyme markers. Vertical poliacrylamide gel electrophoresis was applied for the separation of isoenzymes of acid phosphatase. After the electrophoresis the gels were stained and the patterns were evaluated visually.
