In recent years, several flood spreaing progects are cinstructed in difficult provinces.lack of information around planning criteria caused unsuitable ratio between flood spreading area and selected planning flood discharge. Therefore to find a releation between two above mentional parameters this investigation is performed in 70 hec area of Miankooh flood spreading station .Soil infiltration tests were done before and after every flood spreading. In total six times flood was harvested and during every times several parameters such as : Discharge, vaslue of input flood , time of flood , valume of out put, time of infiltration , area of flooded portions were measured. In total , input flood was 2767288 m3 and 2732361 m3 of water was infiltrated. Considering above mentioned parameters , elation of maximum input discharge and flooded area , slope of site , length of levee, height of wier and flooding time were stimated and the final function was offereal.
