Today, use of fertilizers is one appliance to received to high production. Inaddition to effect on crop yield, fertilizens are affected on crop quality, thus use of fertilizers in addition to increases yield, must be increase the qualitative of crops. This study was carried out in J. Rock agricultural research station for two years, in order to consideration the effects of time , rate and application methold of Zn fertilizer on yield ,yield components, yield quality and Zn absorbsion of two potato cultivars. Treatments were two potato cultivars (Agria and Marfona) and Zn fertilizer was applied at three rate soil application (0, 30 and 60 Kg/ha) and four foliar application (foliar application on early growing season, on 50% of flowering, on early growing season plus 50% of flowering and no foliar application). The statistical design was factorial experiments in randomized complate block design with three replication. Results in two years were showed that the potato growth stages no affected from treatments and growth stages include emergency, flowering, hilling and maturity are happened for all treatments in same time. Density of Zn in potato foliage no affected form soil Zn application but foliar applications are meaning defferene on Zn density. Probably the soil characters such as high pH and low organic matter cuse to show this results. Also results were showed that treatments no affected on tuber yield , but number of tuber was different in two cultivars and Marfona has high tuber number then Agria
