In order to study of Irrigation with treated domestic wastewater effects on yield and quality of rape seeds and chemical characteristics of soil, a field experiment was conducted with six irrigation treatments in a randomized block design with four replications. Irrigation trestments were: 1- Application of treted wastewater only 2-3times irrigation with wastewater, then use of well water 3- Irrigation with wastewater and Well water respectively 4-One irrigation with wastewater and three times eith well water 5-Well water application and 6-Irrigation with well water + chemical fertilizers. The research was carried out in Austan Ghods agricultural farm in Mashhad for one year harvested. The soil texture was silty loam. The results showed that the maximum yield was harvested in 1, 2, 3 and 6 treatments and the minimum yield was in 4 and 5. Also, the difference between min and maxyieia was Significant in 5 percent level. Protein percentage was low er in treatments irrigated with wastewater and there was no significantly difference. Oil percentage was higher in those treatments that irrigated with wastewater and there was any significantly difference. The concentration of heavy metals increased in plots, which were irrigated by wastewater, although EC, Nitrogen percentage. Phosphorus, and organic content of the soils irrigated with wastewater also increased in compare with other treatments. No health risk was detected in all irrigation treatments.
