Governance systems are basically an autonomous cooperation type among the government, civil society and market, also a new paradigm for efficient and democratic administration of policies. The governance mainly consists of the central operating body, institutions, operating principles and so on. The constituents are the nation (government), civil society (NGO) and market (firm). Institutional conditions are a legitimate base, financial stability and independency.
