Analysis on Life Conditions and Welfare Needs for Rural Youth

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current life conditions and welfare needs of rural youth. A questionnaire was developed from the review of literature. The instrument consisted of five separate sections according to the objectives of the study. Data(391) were collected through a questionnaire mailed to 4-H members selected in the sample(580). The rate analyzed data(387) was 98% using the SPSS. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made. (1) The various education programs need to be enlarged to rural area.
