In three years analyses of health condition of swine in Vojvodina it may be concluded that swine fever is of the greatest importance because it the most persistent disease in this area. Out of 77 samples in 54 samples the antigen on classical swine fever was discovered, which is 70.12%. Aujeszky disease and Parvovirosis are continually present on our farms and are a permanent threat in swine production. For virus transmissible gastroenteritis (TGE) new laboratory diagnostic methods are to be introduced that will enable differentiation of enteric from respiratory serotypes. In parenhymatoze organs of dead piglets in the samples the following infections have been isolated: E. coli in 34.5%, Streptococcus ap. 13.65%, Staphylococcus sp. 12.39% and Clostridium sp. in 7.98%.
