167 wheat genotypes were tested according to Puccinia triticina resistance in different growth stages. At seedling stage in greenhouse were determined latency period, infection efficiency and reaction type according to two methods. Correlation between achieved data was strong. In field, time of spikes appearance, green leaf area luck as infection intensity were marked sequently. Weak to strong correlation was determined between seedling stage resistance characters and infection intensity in different growth stages of different wheat varieties and lines in natural condition in the period of three years. The coefficient of correlation was the highest of were correlated resistance characters in greenhouse and the first estimation results in field condition. Strong correlation of infection intensity later, points the adaptation of varieties to regional conditions throw prolonged LAD. The values of AUDPC were also the strongest related with resistance characters of seedlings in the previously mentioned varieties group. The most sensitive genotypes without differences according to resistance characters at seedlings which did not expressed maximal infection intensity in the field, were considered as pseudoresistant. That character could be recognized in field also, according to repeated infection intensities mostly of two last estimations, specially if relative high initial was present.
