Manual stump removal, as a strenuous and economically inefficient operation, should be performed mechanically. Aggregates for stump removal equipped with drill-shaped cutting device require high power and significant investment. The compromise solution is the stump grinder, which grinds stumps up to 30 cm beneath soil surface (on average 15-20 cm). After cutting, the stump remnants are covered by soil and grassed.
