Optimal angle of the slope of solar collector to the vertical axes

One of the factors which is important for designing effective and energetically sustainable model for fruits drying is low prize of energy. Solar energy is one of the renewable energy sources. Optimal position of solar collector is orthogonal on solar rays at noon. This position implies maximal absorption solar energy. In this paper we determine optimal position of the solar collector in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 1st of March to 30th of November. Also, we give the formula for determination of optimal position of the solar collector on other geographical parallels.
