The aim of this paper is to point out the importance of the capital value evaluation on the farms having in mind the characteristics of domestic conditions and environment. The core idea is to develop the concept which is suppose to contribute to the more efficient functioning and developing of the privatization process in the agriculture sector in the time of late transition.
