Selfsufficiency domestic market of meat

All the sort of meat have higher consumption than production. Trend of increasing self suffiency have beef and pig meat, but, poultry and sheep have of decreasing self sufficiency. Governmental institution need to stimulate this production as profitable, to increase supply of meat and satisfay very modest needs for domestic market.
