Contemporary cooperatives business a global power, whose roots are dispersed all over the world. Although there is no unique type of the cooperative organization, common traits of the all those economic enterprises are the autonomous right to organize people for the purpose of achieving economic and other kind of benefits. Agricultural cooperatives in development countries, for example, have already succeed to become, without use of the measures of the agricultural preferentials, successful competitors to other companies, both on national and international markets. Foundation of the strong cooperative sectors in the transition economies, including our country, is feasible only if there is legal background for those activities. Because of that, cooperatives have to be successful in the process of the integration of economic interests of all members, both suppliers of inputs and customers of its products.
