Our task was to examine influence of immunomodulators on earlier come up of pubertal oestrous and also on its synchronization in gilts, conception percent, farrowing value, return value and also on the number of piglets in the first litter sows and elder once. So, we examined also a morbidity, mortality and a body mass through the suckling period. Reproductive parameters were analyzed in 311 gilts, 216 sows in the second farrowing and 476 sows. Level of infection with PRRS and PPV were done in a 887 blood samples. Immunomodulators Swine Guard SHT, Swine Guard Farrowing, One Shot, Coloron Forte Plus and a Piggy Guard Forte Plus (producer Hokovit, Switzerland) were examined on the main traits.
