The application of honey bee on the territory of Kosovo and Metohia [Serbia]

The work includes the number of inhabitants, number of beekeepers, number of societies as well as the type of the beehives in the regions of Kosovsko Pomoravlje, Central and North part of Kosovo. The average production of honey during 2006, is processed in the work as well as average consumption of honey per inhabitant. The purpose of this work is to determine the number bees in the area and the importance of beekeeping in the Kosovo and Metohia.
