Cage culture of frog Rana rugulosa Weigmann was performed to evaluate the effect of corn gluten meal (CMG) as partial replacement of fish meal in frog diets. The treatment process to increasing efficiency of using CMG replacing fishmeal at 0 20 and 40 percent in frog diets which were isonitrogenous (37 percent protein) and isocaloric (450 kcal/100 g gross energy). Fifty frog were cultured in cage size 1*1*1.2 m which were put in 50 square m concrete pond and 50 cm. Water level of flow through system. There were fed satiation 2 times daily for 10 weeks. Frog fed diet including 20 percent fermented process CMG performs well, both for growth and Feed conversion ratio. The final weight and absolutely daily weight gain of frog fed 20 percent fermented process CMG (129.98+-7.09 g and 1.68+-0.10 g/day) were significant highter than frog fed control diet groups and frog fed 40 percent CMG (p LT 0.05). These results suggest that protein from fermented process CGM can replace fish meal protein 20 percent in the diets and frog cage culture cost was 33.12 baht/kg.
