Study on effects of plant spacings and planting dates on growth and yield of sunflower was conducted at National Corn and Sorghum Center, Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima. The experiment was arranged in a Randomized complete block design with 4 replications including 2 varieties of sunflower and 3 plant spacings i.e. SH3322 at 75*10, 75*25 and 75*45 cm and Synthetic No.1 at 75*10, 75*25 and 75*45 cm, respectively. There were 6 treatments in early rainy season (May), late rainy season (September) and dry season (November). The result showed that plant spacing had not effect on plant height and yield. However, the suitable plant spacing and planting date were 75*45 cm in late rainy and dry season.
