The experiment was conducted with 120 one-day-old broiler chickens of the hybrid Ross, reared for 42 days and split into four groups of 30 birds each to determine the effect of supplementation with the probiotic Lactina in starter and growing (0.03%) and finishing (0.06%) diets, the acidifier Kemin in diets (0.3%) and the combination of the two on slaughter performance and chemical composition of breast and thigh. The probiotic Lactina influenced positively the gril. The supplemented acidifier Acid Lac had no effect on the slaughter characteristics. The combined feeding with the probiotic and acidifier did not have a significant effect on the weight of the bratfertig, grill, breast and legs compared to the control group. Only the supplementation with the probiotic Lactina had a significantly better effect on the weight of the bratfertig and breast than the combined use of Lactina +Acid Lac. The supplementation with the probiotic + acidifier decreased the white meat fat content in comparison with the control group and to the group with supplementation of Lactina and Acid Lac only.
