The influence of the degree of inbreeding on some reproductive traits of Rams from the North-East Bulgarian Fine Fleece Breed ЁC Shumen Type was studied. There were significant influence (§ІЎЬ0.001 and §ІЎЬ0.01) of inbreeding levels on the semen volume, testes volume, the number of spermatozoa in 1 cm3, total spermatozoa number per ejaculate, and the cold resistance factor of spermatozoa. A tendency for a gradual decrease of the values of the semen quantitative indicators (semen volume, testes volume, the number of spermatozoa in 1 cm3, total spermatozoa number per ejaculate) with increasing the degree of relationship was mathematically proved.
