Research results of Phellinus robustus K basidiomycete growth and biosynthesis of extracellular peroxidase in the conditions of the submerged and surface culture on Lindenberg media were presented. It was found that fungus grew amounted to the stationary phase of growth on the 12th day in the conditions of the surface culture and on the 4th or 10th days on the submerged culture depending on the quality of inocula. It was shown that optimal conditions for enzyme biosynthesis were developed during the surface growth of basidiomycete and inoculation of nutrient media with seed material obtained by combination of solid-phase and surface fermentation of fungus. Maximum level of extracellular peroxidase synthesis was observed on the post-exponential growth phase of Ph. robustus K. It was established that the component structure of extracellular proteins and phenol-oxidizing enzymes varied depending on the conditions and terms of cultivation. In the conditions of surface fermentation the maximal number of proteins (16) was revealed on the 14-20 days of fungal growth, in the conditions of submerged fermentation the maximal number of proteins (12-13) was noted on the 12-20 days. Research results showed that Ph. robustus K produced one molecular form of laccase and peroxidase
