Subtypes, genuses, species of sod-carbonated light-loamy soils of Belarus that was formed on soil-forming rocks of different genesis are shown. Characteristic of soil profile morphology and some important properties, which are influence on their capability is given. It was conducted that sod-carbonated gleyed in below part of profile has maximum capability, but sod-carbonated typical soils has minimum capability. Also it was conducted a close linearly dependence between sod-carbonated capability and thick organic layer, and between mobile forms of Ca, Mg, bulk content Si02 and with check yield and adversely linearly dependence between bulk content of Ca, Mg and with check yield. The account of productivity of grain crops (barley, rye, spring and winter wheat, triticosecsle) for 2004-2006 has shown that average crop yield on 5 cores and 7 additional allotments on sod-carbonated gleyed soils was more in comparison with leaching and typical ones and has made on sod- carbonated gleyed light loam soils 70,8 and 69,7 c f.u./ha, on leaching - 60,0 and 57,6 c f.u./ha. The minimal crop yields are received on sod-carbonated typical soils - 52,9 c f.u./ha. The analysis of data of morphological structure of subtypes of sod-carbonated soils and productivity grain, received on them, have allowed to establish direct (r=0,64) correlation dependence between capacity of organo-accumulative horizon of sod-carbonated soils and their productive ability. Research of correlation dependences between mobile forms of calcium and magnesium and productivity of agricultural crop yields have specified its direct strong dependence on calcium (r = 0,68) and on magnesium (r = 0,77). Studying of a total chemical compound and correlation between the total content of calcium and magnesium in sod-carbonated soils and productivity of grain crops have specified negative dependences: average with calcium (r = - 0,37) and weak with magnesium (r = - 0,31)
