[Merging of unprofitable agricultural organization in the process of market reorganization: experience and problems]

The analysis of results of market reorganization of the agricultural organizations in the form of joining testifies, that association of the organizations which at the moment of reorganization were characterized by an unstable financial position, is unreasonable. It has led to simple mechanical association of the organizations, but problem of investment and increase in technological efficiency of principal views of agricultural activity was not solved. Absence of intrastructural transformations at purchasers of property complexes of the unprofitable organizations, the effective control system, the proved strategy of development of the organizations is marked. Results of questioning of the unprofitable agricultural organizations attached to the commercial organizations of various patterns of ownership are presented. Research spent with reference to agricultural branch Impulse-Agro of Joint-Stock Company Axeka, have shown, that for production efficiency increase it is recommended to deduce from a turn or to reorientate the ground areas with fertility below 22,2 points at a rate of 1300-1400 hectares. It will allow to direct means at a rate of 260-310 million rbl. on increase of intensity of development of branches and to receive profit on the ground areas with higher return of the enclosed means. Reorganization of enterprises in the form merger and acquisition assumes that there is an organization which on conditions of assignment undertakes not only obligations of the enterprise that joins it, but also provides a favorable investment climate into technical and technological modernization of production. At merging of organizations for the financial improvement special attention should be given to achievements of the parent organization in the field of agrarian business and organization of production, plans of technical modernization of the organization, introduction of new organizational structure in it, progressive management, modern inter-farm relations and other innovations
